Understand. Heal. Grow.
Do you put everyone else before yourself? Or feel taken for granted? Many women try to do it all, and it takes its toll. Maybe you’re dealing with a divorce, parenting, a new job, retiring, or a major life transition. Perhaps you’re looking to change old relationship habits, improve your self-esteem, or become less stressed. Women often feel they can’t take time for themselves. I hope to empower women of all ethnicities to pursue their passions and dreams. When existing is no longer enough, it’s time to start living.
I focus on the mind, body, and spirit, offering emotional support as well as new coping skills. Depending on your needs, we might use cognitive behavioral therapy, stress-reduction, or mindfulness, always grounded in compassion, respect, and humor. I’ll help you learn how to accept yourself, recognize all you have to give to the world, and work towards peace and harmony.
Your story deserves to be heard by a therapist who understands your needs. I provide an affirming, safe space for clarity and healing. I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your path as you craft a new narrative and push past the old one. This is a new chapter in your life, a chance to transform.
